Rates vary based on season and do not include a state sales tax.

Full payment is required for a one night stay, a 50% deposit is required for all reservations; payable in either
cash or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover. Full payment is due upon check-in. We do not accept checks
for final payment.
Cancellations and date changes require a 14 day notice for a refund of deposit.
There will be a $50 processing fee on all cancellations. We recognize
special circumstances may cause last minute cancellations. We
will gladly refund deposit, minus the processing fee, if we are
able to fill the reservation.
We are sorry, but we are unable to accommodate children or pets.
Smoking is permitted on the front porch or outside.
Check-in time: 3pm - 6pm. Please make an appointment with innkeeper for early or late check-ins.
